Frequently asked questions
How do I convert WebP to JPG?
Drop the WebP file, choose JPG and click Convert.
Does converting JPG to PNG improve quality?
No. It keeps the current quality without further loss, but cannot restore detail already lost.
Can I convert HEIC iPhone photos?
Only if your browser can open HEIC (Safari on Mac and iPhone can). Otherwise, set your iPhone camera to "Most Compatible" to save JPG.
Is there a file limit?
No fixed limit. Very large images depend on your device memory.
Will EXIF data be removed?
Yes. Converting through canvas removes location and camera data, which is good for privacy.
