Frequently asked questions

How many days are there between two dates?

Subtract the earlier date from the later one. The calculator does this exactly, handling leap years and different month lengths.

Should I include the end date?

Include it when counting days of an event or leave (1 to 3 March is 3 days). Leave it out when counting time elapsed (from 1 to 3 March is 2 days).

How many working days are in 2026?

From 1 January to 31 December 2026 there are 261 weekdays (Monday to Friday), before public holidays.

How do I calculate 30 days from today?

Choose "Add / subtract days", keep today's date and enter 30.

Does this account for leap years?

Yes. Dates are calculated with the real calendar, so 29 February is included in leap years.
